I found out that System Failure 200 occurs when the battery of the TIMEKEEPER RAM (thanks to ws2000) is dead. If you have Elektronikon II, then the battery is easy to be changed:
If it is the orlder Elektronikon, then the battery is inside the TIMEKEEPER RAM.I have seen some folks on the internet that cut the chip itself and change the battery inside the chip, but in my case this did not worked. Changing the chip wont work since there is no data in the new chip.
So what I did is I found another working Elektronikon controller and downloaded the data from the TIMEKEEPER RAM chip. After that I took a new chip and uploaded the data from the working Elektronikon. This was I was able to fix my problem.
At the end of the day It cost me too much troubles. You could buy Elektronikon from ebay between 400 and 1000 euro. Or you could replace the original Elektronikon with another controller (for example Logika controllers cost several hundred euro for a new controller).
